***50% down in required to book. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event date.

Step two: what to expect during the planning period

  • Planning Meetings every 3-4 weeks (google hangouts, skype, phone call or in person)

  • Unlimited phone calls and email (scheduled calls/meetings)

  • Vendor options/referrals in each category based on your preference and budget

Step three: 30 days out

  • Wrap up meeting in person, google hangouts, or via phone call

  • Communication to all vendors that we’re now the contact

  • Musical Selections Questionnaire sent

  • Rehearsal date/time scheduled

  • Tentative food guarantee submitted


Step four: 10 to 14 days out

  • Timeline and diagrams are sent to all vendors

  • Final numbers turned in to caterer

  • Rental amounts are adjusted

  • Gather any final balance and billing info


Step five: The day before

  • Facilitate Rehearsal

  • Pick up any specialty items

step six: the big day

  • Facilitates vendors schedule, logistics and set-up

  • Emergency kit

  • First Aid kit

  • Disburse payments and tips

  • Coordinates the day’s events according to timeline and makes adjustments accordingly

  • Packs up specialty items at the end of the night

*Communication via email/phone/meetings is unlimited but all phone calls/meetings will be scheduled. We want to make sure we take the time to answer your questions or talk through any details so scheduling is the best way.
